Construction labour supply, UK wide
We employ the worker, run the payroll, and send you one clean invoice. The rate you agree with the worker, plus three pounds an hour. Nothing hidden underneath it.
What sits inside the £3
Contracts, payslips, PAYE, National Insurance and holiday pay all sit with us. You are buying hours, not headcount.
Share codes, ID and CSCS cards verified before anyone steps on your site. Records kept and available if you get audited.
Employers and public liability in place. Workers arrive with the tickets your site asks for, and know what they are turning up to do.
Weekly timesheets signed off by your site manager. We invoice what you approved, at the rate you already know.
Trades we supply
Matched by trade, by tickets, and by how far they have to travel to reach you.
Need a trade that is not on the list? Tell us the job and the start date. If we cannot fill it properly, we will say so on the same day rather than send you someone who cannot do it.
How it works
Trade, site postcode, start date, rate you pay, how many people. A message is enough.
We come back with workers who match the trade and live within reach of your site. You pick.
They turn up, you sign the hours at the end of the week, we invoice at rate plus three pounds.
Pricing
You get a charge rate and you never learn what the worker actually took home. Here is the same 45 hour week, both ways.
Figures are an illustration for one worker on a 45 hour week. Your real number depends on the rate you agree. The fee does not.
Request workers
We answer during working hours, usually within the hour. If you would rather just talk, call or message us directly.
Questions site managers ask
Yes. It covers our margin, employer National Insurance, holiday accrual, payroll and insurance. There is no sign-up fee, no minimum weekly spend, and no charge for taking a worker on permanently after a fair run on site.
We do. Contract, payslips, PAYE and NI sit with NextGen Construction, so you are not taking on employment risk. You buy approved hours and you get one invoice.
They already live and work in the UK. We match them to sites near where they live, because a person with a 30 minute commute turns up more reliably than a person with a two hour one.
Tell us on the day. We stop the hours and replace the person, usually within 48 hours. You do not pay for time you did not approve.
For common trades, a shortlist the same day and boots on site within two to three working days. Specialist tickets take longer and we will tell you honestly how long.
