What sits inside the £3

01 / PAYROLL

We are the employer

Contracts, payslips, PAYE, National Insurance and holiday pay all sit with us. You are buying hours, not headcount.

02 / COMPLIANCE

Right to work, checked

Share codes, ID and CSCS cards verified before anyone steps on your site. Records kept and available if you get audited.

03 / COVER

Insured and inducted

Employers and public liability in place. Workers arrive with the tickets your site asks for, and know what they are turning up to do.

04 / TIMESHEETS

Hours you approve

Weekly timesheets signed off by your site manager. We invoice what you approved, at the rate you already know.

Need a trade that is not on the list? Tell us the job and the start date. If we cannot fill it properly, we will say so on the same day rather than send you someone who cannot do it.

How it works

Three steps, no account manager needed

STEP 01

Send the job

Trade, site postcode, start date, rate you pay, how many people. A message is enough.

STEP 02

See the shortlist

We come back with workers who match the trade and live within reach of your site. You pick.

STEP 03

They start

They turn up, you sign the hours at the end of the week, we invoice at rate plus three pounds.

Request workers

Tell us the trade and the start date

We answer during working hours, usually within the hour. If you would rather just talk, call or message us directly.

This page is a live test. Both buttons open your own WhatsApp or mail app with the job already written out, so nothing is stored here.

Questions site managers ask

Straight answers

Is the £3 really the whole fee

Yes. It covers our margin, employer National Insurance, holiday accrual, payroll and insurance. There is no sign-up fee, no minimum weekly spend, and no charge for taking a worker on permanently after a fair run on site.

Who employs the worker

We do. Contract, payslips, PAYE and NI sit with NextGen Construction, so you are not taking on employment risk. You buy approved hours and you get one invoice.

Where do the workers come from

They already live and work in the UK. We match them to sites near where they live, because a person with a 30 minute commute turns up more reliably than a person with a two hour one.

What if someone does not work out

Tell us on the day. We stop the hours and replace the person, usually within 48 hours. You do not pay for time you did not approve.

How fast can you start

For common trades, a shortlist the same day and boots on site within two to three working days. Specialist tickets take longer and we will tell you honestly how long.
